Redwood Shores, CA 94065 – I just came from the home. It looks fabulous! Custom paint scheme both inside and out. They’re installing Ash laminate flooring and new 5” sculptured baseboards as I write this update. You are going to love the contrast of the new painted walls; ceilings, doors and jams, baseboards, and the Ash laminate flooring.

The exterior is starting to shape up nicely. New plants have been planted. Redwood tan bark has been put in place. The back yard and courtyard, which have designed pavers, have had a power wash. That hot tub sure looks inviting.

The country barn style storage shed in the backyard looks cute since it was painted the reverse colors of the house. This storage shed will sure come in handy for the new owner of this home when they are the winning offer for the “Name Your Own Price Sale”.

With the amount of work that still needs to be done; the bathrooms,
clearance on the pest control report, hanging new electrical fixtures, new plugs and switches, staging and some more landscaping, I believe it may be the first or second weekend in October before we will have our 2-day preview.
