Hi Cliff, I just wanted to let you know that I enjoy keeping up on the CA RE market during my visits to your blog. My wife and I were both Realtors for a number years in CA and UT.

I realize you are interested in investing and I hope you will forgive me for sounding like an advertisement but I think you would enjoy a website I learned about.

A group of us get together there for stock market investment tournaments. The cool thing is the tournaments are FREE and they pay real cash prizes.

Check the news on my blog and join me in a tournament by registering through the links there (or here). I'd love to see you there.
